• Created many enterprise level environments from the ground up.

Enterprise Storage

• Created SANs and deployed many Storage Arrays
• Diagnosed performance issues with storage
• Set up auto tiering of disks
• Diagnosed and corrected a difficult issue where a lightning strike caused a Storage Array memory to balloon and slow disk access times every 6 weeks or so
• Diagnosed issues on a foreign Storage Array managed by a different team
• Managed fibre channel zoning and fail over paths

Remote Management and Environment Discovery

• Lots of experience working on environments undocumented and with no support
• Rebuilt a camera system I had never seen before in a single visit because the client urgently needed it working. Sourced a new server, installed camera software, and reattached all cameras in approximately 9 hours.
• Deployed network equipment to remote offices I have never been to
• Routinely sent for emergency response and initial documentation to new clients
• Helped a client find a rouge DHCP server on their network over the phone

Linux Administration

• Experience with a variety of operating systems such as Debian, Rocky/CentOS, and Photon OS
• Managed websites for hundreds of clients
• Deployed BIND DNS in an enterprise situation
